Wow! How do you do that! I'm on 95 percent! D: Granted I don't have all the keychanes, but do you need th 100% Kirby fighters or 100% Dedede's drum dash?

You have to get all sun stones, keychains, and beat every mode once. That includes beating all stages of Dedede's Drum Dash (you have to get at least gold rank on the first three stages to unlock a fourth stage) and you have to clear Kirby Fighters with every copy ability.

Do you need to do all very hard stages in kirby fighters? If so, I'm done for! They are so hard for me!

You can do it on any difficulty as long as you clear it at least once with every ability.
