it's a ☆7-item, so you must put three different ☆7-items in, and hope you get DragonScales in return. Use - FirstDwarf (buy at UndergroundTown) - NinjaStar (win at granddaughter lottery) - any other ☆7-item you have (if you don't have one, buy the cheapest ☆7-item from JewelShop 3, it costs 15 Jewels) -

ok, then i'll tell you the RECYCLING-TRICK: getting three ☆7-items takes some time, so you want to make sure you get the right item out of recycling. - save in the recycling shop - end your game and make a Save Data Backup - now recycle your three ☆7-items - the game saves automatically after recycling, so if you didn't get what you wanted: restore your SaveDataBackup and try again...
