    Thunder Beam is his weakness. Also, the most important thing is not to panic and get used to his pattern, keep in mind these things: 1. You don't have to worry about the two upper rows. 2. The blocks in a back column can't move until all blocks in the front column have already moved. 3. The order is always the same. So you only have to focus on the two lower blocks in the front column any time.

    Roahmmythril look him up on youtube, this guy is GOOD! he has beat every level without taking a hit using just the mega buster. and thats including Dr Wily stages. his video help me from random shooting Cockney to Yellow devil beating Cockney
