    To be honest, Nintendo needs to open up more and allow us filmmakers to make those movies. Heck, that imagi test film for Zelda would've been excellent, but NNNOOOO Nintendo said.

    It is really hard to take a video game that's take hours to beat, and condense it down into a 2-3 hour story for a movie. I am not sure where you base a screenplay off a single game, manga, or something else.
