I love the Resident Evil franchise (recent releases………not as much -_-) and anything that can scare the bejesus out of me. I like that games can get that reaction out of me, even now at my age :b Loved those jump scares as a kid. Agreed, the controls are not the best and take time to get used to. But it adds to the sence of tension when enemies are on the screen so i don't mind……plus i've been

playing them since 1996 so i'm accustomed to it all by now XD It's a shame that the survival horror genre is almost dead now (no puns intended), but their is one game coming out this year called The Evil Within that i hope will re-invigorate the enire genre. It's made by Shingi Mikami and, as the creator of the RE franchise he has reinvented the genre before (RE 4 is such an awesome game ) and i'm

very eager to see how he can do it again. With total creative control (which never happens in video games) and from the trailers i've seen it doesn't lok like it will dissapoint. And yeah, you can pick up Skyrim for less than a tenner and you get so much for your money……just try and play it before you go to university as it can be addictive and i no wanna be responsible for you not studying LOL ;P

general, but i likes it on miiverse as it doesn't have as much BS happening as on other sites and communites (the Xbox community is very annoying and agressive, NO FUN). I love Shawn of the Dead :)It's a great comedy that does satire the Zombie movies of the past, as well as add it's own unique take on them as well. I'm not a big fan of current Horror Movies as it's more about shocking visuals and

less about the actual horror and suspense. I love the 80's horror films more, because the villians had more screen presence and some (like Fred Kruger) were very cartoonish in a dark way and more entertaining to me. Now it's just "how much blood and realistic violence can we put on screen" and thats, while disturbing, boring to me.

I've watched most haunted a couple of times..... i find it hilarious that it is taken so seriously XD I mean, i know that people believe in spirits and find the show intresting and real....but i'm on the side that thinks it's all just for show. I mean come on. How long has the show been going for and that presenter (can't remember her name) still cries when their is a scratching or whisper

noise O.O You'd think she would be some what desensitized bysome of it by now and be stronger for it....but no lol. Plus it is pretty much the same week in and week out, just new location and "true stories". Plus i find when the psychic is "possessed" just really silly and almost embarrassing. I'm just a big sceptic XD Till i see and experience a ghost, i'll never take the show seriously ;P

But yeah, not too big on TV in general, but loves me movies (^o^) I'm not fussy either. I can watch any movie once and be totally open minded……………except RomComs. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME @~@ I will watch if i haven't seen one (and theirs absolutely nothing else to watch XD) But it's all the same. Boy meets girl, girl meets boy, boy and girl like each other, both have oddball best friend, some kind

of misunderstanding happens so boy and girl hate each other, MONTAGE OF BOY AND GIRL SAD XD, best oddball friends perk them up, reconciliation, boy and girl back together. THE END. It's so predictable and is the reason i'm not bit on them, not because of the luvy duvy stuff but because it's all so monotonous. If they can add something new and interesting character development then, yeah a good

movie is abound. But the tried and tested formula has stuck and won't change any time soon :( LOL sorry i wrote so much but i like to be able to explain my reasons for things so i don't come acrossas naive or narrow minded.......plus i'm a natual ramble so yeah XD Doesn't help with this 2 min rule either, UGH hate it so much.

Hi \(^o^) Thank you for the birthday wishes ;) I did have a good start to my day thank you. I saw my mom and family who helped me celebrate before work…but unfortunately i've been developing a cold all day and now i'm just a mess XD Still, i went to work and yeah…wishing my night was better. But i've still had a lovey day and not gonna let a sore throat and stuffed up sinus' get me down.

Which Silent Hill movie did you see? I like the first one as it was well paced and did a good job with the disturbing imagery. It was a good horror flick and i disagree with critics that say it's terrible. Plus it's one of the only films which Sean Bean doesn't die in so that was a nice twist LOL. NOW THE SECOND ONE IS BAD XD Really, they over stretched with that one and it felt very amateurish to

me. It just didn't do a whole lot for me as a movie goer. Have you tried the games?………And i don't mean the recent, cráppy ones. I mean Silent Hill 1,2 and 3. Now if you want a game that makes you feel dread and disturbed.....in a good way, then try them out (you have to play in the dark ;P) The second one especially is a gem. It's very physiological as well as horrific which makes for a trully

exceptional game. It's one of the best in the genre and still gets me going O.O And no i won't laugh at your ghost cat or your beliefs. I'm not the kind of person to ridicule someone for beliving in something i do not. Everyone is alowed to think how they want and nobody has the right to change anothers mind. I haven't experienced anything ghostly yet but that doesn't mean it's not there.

Please, i would, however like to hear about your experiences :) It may open my mind more so if you wanna share then i'm all ears (or eyes in this case lol)

Like i said i love all kinds of movies. Love action flicks so that i can switch of and enjoy the carnage lol. But i love films that can challenge me and that have interesting, well developed characters. Something like Pans Labyrinth for example i love as it's many genres at once. It's a fantasy, drama and has slight horror tones too. The characters are very well developed. And the end of the film

is open to interpretation by the viewer. I won't spoil the end just incase you haven't seen it, but i was a very satisfied viewer indeed. Ashame that it's all in subtitles as that puts off alot of people, but it is a gem and worth watching. But yeah those films are very few and far between. Shame that hollywood is now just producing remakes and comic book movies as it shows they are trully out of

unique ideas.

I know it's different, but like most phenomenons it cannot be fully explained or comprehended. I believe because i have this very strong feeling of déja vu alot. It's like i'll have a dream, and it will stick

within my mind for ages, sometimes i'll even forget, but then i'll be doing something and WHAM...It feels so familiar. Héll i honestly drempt up lottery numbers a night before a draw and i rememberd the numbers, but never placed a bet. AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT NIGHT >_< I couldn't explain it and cursed myself for not playing them. I know, i know, i'm weird @~@, but it's very commen with me this

is a hidden gem of a movie that gets severely overlooked. Everybody i've recommended it too does enjoy it, and they always come back with different opinions on what they took away from the movie and it's ending. Its very artistic at times, but in a good, subtle way. Now films that are built just to be artsy i can't stand -_- The emphasis of characters and the over all story get lost among the

directors vision of just doing something because they can. Good example was Cloud Atlus. I heard alot about the movie and i was kinda hyped, but then i watched it and i couldn't understand the praise it was getting. Was it ambitious, sure was. So many stories spanning several centurys with an overlay of connection was a tall order, and i disagreed with everybody that said it was done well. It's so

protensious and patranizing to me as a viewer i just lost all intrest. The stories were constantly being switched between each other that i lost what was going on in each one. It was done to show the connection between them i think, but it should have played them out in order and let the viewer find those connections themselves and not hold their hand like they did. It was like channel flicking
