    That's bonkers! I wondered if lag must have been going on when I saw the result. Isn't it odd how we're all in the same races but seem to be experiencing them so differently on screen?! I thought something odd was going on earlier in the session. Terry, I hit you twice on Toad Harbour with a piranha plant and you stayed ahead of me both times. No effect. Still some great races last night though.

    Well in my race I saw Terry get blue shelled late on and I overtook him and pinched the win. His screenshot shows him winning by a decent distance though.

    Ha, first time it happened to me it was Terry then it started happening too often, add folk exploiting glitches and that should explain why it's been on the bench for a while.

    I think it's just lag. There was one night where several races in a row karts were appearing and disappearing in front of me, all over the place, and wherever I thought I had finished, when the results came up, I was several places out. MK7 sometimes suffered from it.

    It was great that we had so many players last night. You know the players from USA and Canada etc, do you think they are GC readers, or they found the tournament online by accident? Terry, there was one race around Toad Harbour I wish I had in my favourites. It was a great one.

    Was that the first toad harbour race, you won it I think, didn't you? The first 4 races before I reached my limit were all really good. I thought Muffin had turned up, then saw he had the wrong face.

    Yeah I pinched that win. You got blue shelled I think around the start of lap 3, maybe, but it was just a good close race throughout.
