    Hi! I am sending you this in regards to a recent action you performed during online gameplay, where you exemplified actions that violate the Nintendo Network Services Agreement. Cheating during online gameplay, as you were in Mario Kart 8 in battle mode by gaming collision mechanics to gain an advantage over other players, is restricted in part F of Section 7 of the Services Agreement.

    Your actions constitute "Cheating in a game, unless such cheats have been deliberately enabled by the Content Provider;" and these action (recorded via Mario Kart TV) will be reported for proper evaluation in the proper Nintendo department responsible with the regulation of players who cheat during online gameplay. Thank you.
