    yeah, i know -.-but NOW in THIS game, in Super smash bros , he is THIRD PARTY, because he appears on a console from a company which does not OWN sonic.. on sega systems, he is first party THAT IS RIGHT, but on consoles which nintendo, AND NOT SEGA made, he is THIRD PARTY.. do you understand ?
