    I had the same problem..... Ok so if ur playing a game and its a cool scene in the game ur playing press the home button and that will take u back to the menu atumaticly pausing the game then get into miiverse and whrn u decide to post it will come up with the option to put the scene from the paused game. ( but some games cant do this) i hope i helped!!!
