Hi guys. Anyone knows if it's possible to play in multiplayer local with a WiiU and a simple basic wiimote?

  • Yep, I have played it so that one player uses a wiimote and the other the gamepad.

  • Do you need a nunchuck? Because nothing happens when we press the buttons on the Wimote.

Maybe try reading the e-manual when you press HOME when playing the game. That should tell you how to set up 2 Player.

  • you dont need a nunchuck, just a wiimote or gamepad. Just point and play.

Have you paired the Wii mote with Wii U? How: Where batterys go you will see a small red button and if you pull the flipper up on front of Wii U you will notice a red button - press both red buttons in at the same time, check sensor bar is connected to Wii U and check batterys. Apart from this info i cannot help any further. Hope you manage to sort it out.
