NOE. If you do the right thing and put out the 50hz German/English version in Germany and the 60hz French/English version elsewhere, you'll have the perfect opportunity to see just how many Germans would pick a 60hz version over a 50hz release in their own language... It'll be a good case study to see just how many people would prefer a 60hz release over a 50hz one in their own language...

    Germans who want a 60hz version can still get it by making a UK or French NNID and buying from the UK/French store. That way they have a choice and Nintendo can see just how many would pick it over the 50hz German version.

    Althoght Donkey Kong Country is the US 60Hz version, they will release the PAL 50Hz Version of Diddy Kong's Request next Thursday. It was already announced.

    I prefer to have all digital purchases linked to only one account. That aside, if I have to make another NNID for a different country, how will Nintendo know that I am German and opted against the 50Hz version? The easier and overall better solution would be to offer a choice before the download starts ans that way Nintendo could really differentiate, how many people would pick 60 over 50Hz.
