    Hmm well being nice is obviously a good thing, I guess where being nice may become 'too nice' is if when people take advantage of it and you don't see it, you don't want to become a push over. But whatever, it beats being horrible. Stay as you are, you are a very pleasant chap!

    Okay, and I know people may try to take advantage of me but I'll know when they do. I don't let people do that as that's just bad.

    when they mean too nice they mean not getting rude being teacher's pet doing everything you're told by anyone etc.
