    the relics a banshie was at the top end of the extraction area and I was at the other end then all of a sudden I was in the air with a banshie at the other end doing the grab animation and killed me with its mind

    This has happened to me repeatedly on PC and Wii U. I'm up there, and my squadmate is down there waiting to be revived. I run off to the ladder hoping to reach in time. The game drops me down the ladder and keeps me there permanently. Then, I get downed by enemies.

    I had a really annoying escort glitch where the lovely little drone got itself wedged in a wall and refused to budge. It was on White near the top of the ladder that's by the short slope going inside.
