    An easy way to kill all Dragons. 1. Get everyone's Ninja and Red Mage jobs at least to level 4. 2. Equip Turn Tables ability. 3. Make everyone Ninjas, 'coz ninjas are cool. 4. Begin the battle. 5. Make everyone use Utsusemi. 6. That will generate tons of BP, which you can use to attack, while making you invincible. Just make sure your party is always under Utsusemi. Works against Vampire, too.

    Thanks! Hopefully I'll be successful in defeating those pesky dragons. So far I've defeated the Wind, Fire and Water Dragons. Wish me luck!

    She shouldn't be too hard. Group-casted thunder magic still works well - if you can kill her minions fast enough, she'll just keep summoning them without doing anything else. Or you can simply ignore minions and just pummel her. Honestly, she is not much different from before.
