is link really a good guy in Zelda U? think about it. link is caught carrying really good technology on him in the E3 trailer. this is all on his bow by the way, and there is a robot chasing him down with the same tech inside it! now why would a GIANT ROBOT simply be walking around in a PEACEFUL area? to hunt down link for stealing its stuff. link is a theif in Zelda U. pt 2 in comments

    link is also wearing a cape/hoodie thing. and WHY would he be wearing that? i don't think the hoodie is just what you start off with when you first create your file... he is hiding. theives hide. he also has a wooden sheild with an eye on it kind of representing the sheikah... without that tear

    Well if you look at it this way, link has been robbing graves, tombs, temples and sacred places for ages. My guess is that Nintendo just wanted him to look more like a traveling adventurer, and therefore gave him this design, also notice how he's not wearing the traditional suit with green cap. I would assume this is his early clothes, before getting the other clothes. Like in Wind Waker
