    Even if theres no bisible dirt, you should try to clean it any way, I suggest you go get a disc cleaning set, works universal, from cd's too blu ray, from ps xbx to wii and wii u, even the gamepad screen can be cleaned if you got a piece of soft cloth

    Have you tried this? (well this works for me): That happend to me when i played The Legend of Spyro Dawn of the Dragon (but the game is on Wii not Wii U so no screen appears but it was a similar problem, the game was frozen.) • Try to clean the disk properly • Don't use the disk/don't play the game/avoid play the game for 1 week, keep it in a case. • When 1 week has passed,try to play the game now

    The same thing is happening to me in MK7. Every time the game loads Music Park, my system resets itself and it says an error occurred—even in time trials and online!

    Whenever mine loads certain stages, most noteably New Super Mario Bros. U stage, this happens. I can't just by a new one, I'm low on money right now. Nintendo should give us new discs when this happens. I even had all the DLC :(
