    I think you'll get a new one from the boss in chapter ten. Then you can buy how many you want from a shop after chapter 12! Regarding Nowi's dragon stone, I recomend buying a dragon stone+ from spotpass Tiki, she's in shadow dragon :) It makes Nowi easier to level up in the begnning and if the stone breaks just summon Tiki again and buy a new one! :)
