    Hello, to have this type of medals you have to have a combo of 8 in your café (the maximum), including minimum one secret combo (with the most expensive sets of furnitures and food per theme, in the list of combos you recognize it because there is a yellow circle with a red exclamation mark).

    When you did it, you make a party in the café and sometimes the character will have an exclamation mark upon his/her head and will give you his/her medal. However, it takes a few time for a character to give you his/her medal, for me it took like 5 or 6 party on the same theme to obtain my first medal from the caracter
