Pokémon question #1 In Pokemon y Amaura's pokédex entry states "This calm Pokémon lived in a cold land where there were no violent predators like Tyrantrum," so is Tyrunt and Tyrantrum the reason Amaura is extinct? If so why are Tyrunts and Tyrantrums extinct?

    Tyrunt and Tyrantrum were undisputed kings of the ancient jungles, but even they wouldn't dare to get close to the cold lands in each pole, where amaura and aurorus, the boreal pokemon, lived. The entire old world meet its doom because of a very strong solar wave that incinerated the whole earth.
