Who should I promote and why? I have all characters as of end of chapter 12, with Lissa and Donnel already promoted. Got 2 Second Seals and 6 Master Seals.

    Promote ONLY characters u actually use, but keep in mind that u will be able 2 recruit like 3-8 characters after ch13, so spare some, or buy them in the armory in Border Ferox

    Ok. Who I use varies, the only 2 charactrs I do not use at all are Kellam and Frederick, since they were too overpowered in the beginning and it would take forever to level them now.
