The amount of exp it gonna requier is redicules since at that point someone like maribelle that im gonna make a sage first can make it annoying

Yeah and at that point Lissa Got as much exp as frederick did in the begning of the game that should give you a pretty good idea of how it can get annoying

Frederick gets 10 to 11 exp Per kill but some times Lissa would get a lower amount then that

If you're aiming for Galeforce, go for it immediately. Spending time in a promoted class and then switching to Dark Flier will have quite a big impact on your XP gain. Base class→Peg Knight→DF is often a more efficient way.
