It's a bann list for pokemon that are too powerful mega mewtwo is on that list along with a few other megas and all legendarys

And Well mega rayquaza Got banned from the bann list

Mega rayquaza is the most powerful pokemon in exsitence and that is no understaitment and because of mega rayquaza ubers is now a tier and mega rayquaza is above that tier

Mega rayquaza was too overpowered for the bann list so it's banned from the bann list so it Got a tier of it's own

And that tier is litterally named anything goes mega rayquaza has broken pokemon teams mewtwo's chances at getting his Crown back pokemons metagame and smogon's tier list all with the methode it mega evolves with

Mega rayquaza basicly says screw a mega stone im gonna mega evolve with my new signature move that as rabbidluigi Said hits like a nucluer powered truck that is insane

And again as rabbidluigi Said the last thing rayquaza needed was more power

And with his new ability named delta stream Any attacks that would deal double damege to his flying type gets weakend to doing normal damege and it can counter desolet land and primordial sea

And that ability protectes all flying types and it lasts for as long as mega rayquaza is on the field

It's easy to see why mega rayquaza has destroyed Any chance mewtwo had of getting his Crown back and why it broke the meta game and Got banned from the bann list

If you could bring mega rayquaza into fire emblem awakening then im sure there would be no need for the fire emblem the falchion and yourself to beat grima you could leave it to rayquaza

And now because of the new lore that Got added with omega ruby and alpha sapphire it turns out that is rayquaza's true power

And it turns out rayquaza was the first pokemon to mega evolve not lucario

And gamefreak you hade just made a new pokemon formula it should have taken you six pokemon generations to break it again but no you break it the remakes of ruby and sapphire and it is awesome
