I absolutely despise this game's item balance. In cjszero01's 5 Personal and Hated Mario Kart Power Ups video, it shown a clip of someone getting a Golden Mushroom in 2nd place and someone else getting a Coin in 12th. Absolutely horrendous. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this soon. I doubt it though.
