Question

Does anyone know if ink colour is stored clientside or serverside (whether everyone in a match sees different colours, or everyone sees the same ones? If it's clientside, I'd like to be able to choose my ink colours for matches - or even if it's serverside, I'd like to be able to choose my ink colour for outside of matches.

    you can lock you're ink colour, but it is unknown if people in you're game use the colour you have locked it to.

    perhaps you could test it by checking someones ink colour in inkopolis after you have battled with/against them, unless peoples ink colour is random in inkopolis

    Ideally, I'd like to see the Colour Lock feature allow for other palettes. I understand that it's primarily for colour-blind people, but it'd be nice to have the choice of using any colour palette.

    Ink colour in Inkopolis is based on what colour you are at that point, as far as I know.

    I was wrong about Inkopolis - it's whatever colour you last saw them as, and if you haven't, it's whatever colour they last were. So there we are; ink colour is clientside.
