    yup that's the case he is one of the worst charachters in the game i reccomend Amy or Meemee because they are one of the fastest i even think they are the fastest racers

    actually, Wreck it ralph is one of the best characters and one of the most used to time attack, so if you learn how to play with him, you can be really good
