Entered an apartment building today. Worst. Idea. Ever. Luckily I didn't get a scratch on me while in there and grabbed everything I needed to procure. Also I came across what I like to call 'Party Droolers' Found some really useful equipment today too. A Hunting Crossbow for close-medium range silent kills, and a Double-barreled Shotgun for short range blasts. Still surviving. Still alive.

    Also note that you can retrieve the crossbow bolts from bodies afterwards. However, if you miss, that bolt is gone forever.
