    You need a shark fin, shark skin, 9 logs and some other bits and bobs. You can make rope out of grass. Check your craft menu if you haven't already. Shark resources are the toughest, I killed 57 last night and got 1 fin, 15 shark steaks and 5 skins. Drop rates are quite low for materials. Hope that helps, I'll help more if I can :)
