    I'm going off memory here, so apologies if I'm incorrect. Create a warp block by the door. Push ice block next to warp block. Warp yourself to warp block with mirrors. Push ice block forwards so it hits switch between mirrors. Hit other two switches with warp block & yourself. Hope this helps. Good Luck :-)
