    Some good friends taught me this. Find clams in the sea. Tap create to open them. If you're lucky you'll see a pearl in it. Then hit the clam with a stick or something to collect. If you collect an empty clam, you'll usually end up with oyster meat. Pretty good when you cook 'em up.

    Perhaps you could help me? Looking at your screen shot there has me thinking you've explored a bit. I'm told there are 25 squares available on the map so far. With more to follow. Have you seen them all?

    anyone been able to build a raft ? sharks keep killing me and stole a canoe from a tribe but got destroyed when i hit sand.

    I built a raft. Here's a tip. North of the start island, there's a hidden passage marked out by a torch. The one in the river, cave lake thing. The entrance is under water, to the bottom left of the torch. Follow it round and you'll find a chest with a bit of gold. I made it into an axe and turned sharks into furniture. Thanks for the directions. I'll pay that place a visit.
