    Pour le café, il faut avoir fait une donation dans chaque salle du musée + 50 donation dans l'une des salles (quand tu auras le second étage du musée, tu seras rendue à 20 donations) et Thibou te proposera le café (au moins 10 jours après le 2nd étage) pour le poste de police, c'est un habitant qui te le proposera en projet public.
