    well the same thing happened to me last night but i had to take on something (eg reading, drawing or even revising) and then try to get to sleep half an hour later. its a method that worked for me and now i`m going to start reading before bed now so that i can sleep much more easily. people who are reading this and have the same problem, try it! i recommend it.
