Here's a tip: If you're low on cash and can't afford any weaponry, simply go to a weapon seller, kill him, collect the key he has (This will also summon 2 very angry rocket launcher dudes) and get in his truck(The green one in the screenshot). Then on the screen it will say "Lock and Load!" which gives you everything he can sell you!
