Question

Im struggling to find/get to level 4-5

I can only spot one door with the Co-op free camera going everywhere in the hub world. For the level I can see there is a button to open the doors to get to it but the doors are through the floor.I can get to the bit below with the doors but I can't open the door from there. If you know how to go through the doors please help.
