this game taught me something. NEVER dismiss a Palico through the Palico board, as i wrote on another post, it is the most saddening thing to witness and you will well up with tears seeing the Palico cry. the music doesn't help either. but if you say no to dismissing, it is so happy to look at and the tears of joy run from its face. so long story short, Dismiss them when you are hiring a new one.
