    I usually get them from the woods... oh, you mean in-game... once you unlock sound effects (the little frog, each sound effect can be shaken to change, by the way) it includes a dizzy sound which is accompanied by this trippy visual effect. Just plop that effect on some mushrooms and Bob's your uncle. Except mine, my uncle's named Peter.
