    thanks SpookBurst, it's the Guild quest lv.140 of Chaos Gore. I wanted to solo it a few times to find out which sets works best and for fun :) The rewards of Gore GQ 140 are really bad, you need a lot of luck to get good Relics there. The best is Teostra lv.140, I got all my good weapons there and it's not so stressful like Apex monsters.
