after failing in an online group, where the others fainted in the first minutes in 2 tries at Brachy lv.140, I had to solo it!

he's not weak to thunder, but the high power and great purple makes up for it. I used the GX Tempest evasion set with HG Earplugs and no additional power skills.

np, btw you dont need HG earplug for breachy but its always good to have if jho decided to butt into your fight with breachy xD

that's good, then I can try the water Relic next time. But maybe it won't make much difference. And it also depends if another monster interferes.

Brach is actually a pretty ez monster to solo at lvl 140 surprisingly. Unlike the G event brach from 3u lol THAT brach is insanely hard to solo. Even in groups its still very challenging. HGE isn't necessary true, but it still greatly helps with getting free extra dps in when its screaming, plus u don't get interrupted. Evasion skills greatly helps against bachy but isn't necessarily needed. IG-

-wrecks brachy badly, especially with evasion skills u can make brach become a complete joke with those skills using IG. GS does well against it too.

Imo raging brach is more challenging than this lvl 140 brach even when frenzied. And it hits way harder. But its still a great feat so grats! Summerwind moving on up!! XD.

I find regular Brachy way harder than Raging Brachy. Frenzied or not.

I doubt that the online raging Brachy makes more damage than Brachy 140. Raging Brachy is way slower too and has less HP. The only annoying thing is that you can't hit his pounders when he's red. When you get hit by a jump of Brachy 140, then only a sliver of health is left with def 800. The good thing in solo a quest is that there is no tripping.

And I can also use all possible attacks with the Charge Blade. When playing with others I must avoid some attacks, sadly. One of the best thing was when I finished a GQ monster with a shield bash. I like the versatile Charge Blade the most.

Raging brach does hit more harder. I've survived pleny of full on blows against 140 brach which should have ohko'd me at full hp. Only a few of his moves will but even those moves are survivable in most cases. 140 brach moves can only ohko u if u have blastblight on u from my exp with soloing it multiple times. Raging brach on the other hand explosions from its body alone can potentially ohko-

-u or put u near death easily. Especially its horn thrust explosion it'll cart u instantly 90% of the time if u take a direct hit from it or even if it just grazes u lol. Its slower with its attacks but not with its movement. It can easily pick up its speed in an instant and get around that weakness. As for its hp it surprisingly has bout the same as a 136+ brach or nearly equal to it. Its also-

-harder to approach due to its body overheating. I just find it not as easily approachable than normal brach and its explosions pack way more power.

Maybe that's why raging brach hp seems decently massive at times to me due to not being as ez to attack consistently. But it does seem to have a decent amount of hp regardless.

faster result with the water Charge Blade, but I was a bit too reckless ;) At least it's worth to solo Brachy 140, it doesn't take too much time. Teostra always takes 35-40 min. with Charge Blade, tried different sets too.

Ya brach has more bigger and easier weak points to hit than teo's and its hp is naturally lower since teo is an elder dragon. Brach and Garuga are 2 GQ monsters whom i can solo pretty consistently in 25-30 mins. Sometimes a lil sooner depending on how well the hunt goes and if there's no interruptions.
