Little survival tip for all players. See this manhole that is in the Palace. Notice I cannot use it. After you kill the Doctor and then return to the Palace to get the Panacea, it's a one way trip, so make sure you have all the ammo, guns and supplies that you need.

Wait a minute, is it the manhole right below doctor's lab? I can normally use it all the time. Except after the Panacea mission of course.
