    On the second to last pull out platforms, climb to the 3rd platform and blow into the microphone while the platform is still out to raise up a Propeller Platform and let the the Pull out platform go back in and drop onto the Propeller platform and ride down to find the 3rd Green Star and then blow into the microphone to get back up onto the last part of the level. Good Luck.
