Question

I have just completed all the Lego City levels and collectables but for some reason on the miners 22 boulder challenge even though I have completed it I am unable to buy the character!!!!!

Has anyone else suffered with this glitch as i can not find another way to get him as I've already done it. Totally gutted I will be stuck on 99.9% even though I know it's 100%
