    It looks great but she kind of looks a bit scared/shocked or something like that. I don't know if that's what you were going for with insane or not, regardless it looks awesome.

    Misses a few little capillaries in the eye, that could help give you a bit more of an "insane-ish" look. Still, it's good. I agree that by now it's hard to say if the character is insane or shocked. I'd say the second, though.
