    And you saw every day of it, mel :) I rarely use ref these days. Sometimes seeing a drawing 'round here gives me a clue how to tackle anatomy in a better way. I observe it carefully letting the 'good interpretation' sink in, so the next time I'm drawing and visioning the body in my mind, the limbs 'sits' better. The more I visualize the human body in my mind, the stronger my body memory becomes.

    All the knoledge is there, I actually practice accessing it. So the body memory is also my body memory. It's a great exercise - remembering the way your body felt doing different tasks during the day, how you filled the space around you, sometimes even just focusing on the emotion, helps visualization tremendously. It's an intense process.
