boom!!! sorry toad! thanks for the mk battles mikey (i don't think that was you driving as toad, was it?). i can honestly say i don't really understand how to win these battles. but then neither did the japanese guy 'hiding' behind the pillar.

    hehe... that's a great pic ian! but no it wasn't me, i was white yoshi... you got me a couple of times with green shells, good fun battles!!!

    Ian: you start with 3 balloons and lose one each time you get hit. When you lose all 3 you are eliminated and can cruise around as a ghost invisible to everyone else. Your score is the number of hits you score minus the number of times you were hit plus the number of balloons you have.

    You can additionally steal other players' balloons but slamming into them with a mushroom boost. I have't played the balloon battle variant in a while actually... Maybe I should fix that and retalliate on behalf of all toads everywhere >:p

    if i got you mikey it was purely accidental! thanks for the explanation sis☆, that's making a lot more sense now. i did wonder why i turned into a 'ghost', seemed a nifty way to win... d'oh!
