How DO I transport this wood?

I'm guessing this is the wood you use to get the bridge worker to build a fence but how do I get it to the village in the snow relm?

    Get the guy that was fixing the bridge to go the ocean relem then take wood also and last to the nanuki village or something on snow ok. i played on the 3ds and beat the game fast
