help! wheatfarming with villager

hi everybody.... im totally lost. just build this farming version with a villager and a train under the field to collect everything. train works great but Mr. Laziness (villager) doesnt want to farm. i dont have a clue how i can solve this riddle. tips are veeeerrryyyy welcome :)
