Story rating and approx. time to 100%?

So, to any veteran Xenoblade Chronicles players... What would you rate the overall story out of 10, and how long do you think it would take for a nice, solid 100%?

  • Well I would give the story 9.5. My fastest run of Xenoblade was around, 45 hours with only a few side quests involved. To 100 percent it would take around 100-150 hours.

  • Awesome, I was hoping it would be a decent length game, and for a quality JRPG that sounds about right :D but hey, I am spoiled by my Vita. Plus I was super excited after reading a few reviews and I'm a sucker for a good story that I can get immersed in.

  • I agree with Jaymes^^ the story is very engaging and it has surprises to keep your interest. The characters are likeable and easy to become attatched to. The music and sheer scale of the world is just awesome. 9.5/10

  • Bro, it takes WAY longer to 100%. 300 hours at the VERY least, unless you're a speedrunner, and you shouldn't be rushing through this game, you gotta take it at your own pace.

  • I had many frustrations, but the story is 10/10 and genuinely worth playing for. This is coming from someone who rarely even cares about stories in video games!!

The Story is pretty good , well executed . If you are new to this game it takes roughly 150 hours to finish everything , when you know your way around this game you only need roughly 100 hours to finish everything.

  • 10/10. Beat the game including all side quests. 120–140 hours.
