can`t post with 3ds please help

i`m playing phantom hourglass and spirit tracks with 3ds. but i can`t post anything with a picture. you can only do that if you are playing it with wiiU. why is that? is there someone from the moderators who can adjust that? so other players from the games can also post their pictures? please? thanks.
