- Quand le mélange beurre-chocolat est fondu, ajouter les jaunes d'oeufs puis fouetter -Incorporer le sucre et la farine puis ajouter les blans d'oeufs sans les casser -Beurrer et fariner un moule et verser la pâte à gâteau dedans. - Cuire au four à 180°c et laisser pendant 20 minutes - Laisser refroidire avant de le démouler! -DÉGUSTER Bon appétit
