    No. Once you complete the "Bad Ending" and save you will go back to the time before you tried to break the crystal, but you will get your bonuses and stuff! (I did the same a couple of days ago for the banter... yeah...)

    same boss and some new ones including the true final boss. (clearing the bad ending will unlock the vestal garb costume for agnes)

    achieving any ending brings you back to the chapter you were with the 4 crystals sealed. the good ending is worth it. believe me.

    You can do both endings because when you finish one of them, it'll go back to a time before you completed that ending. So you can do the other too! ( ‘-^ )b
