  • I Speak both. It has no multiplayer. The place with shops and such is where you can design a hospital, school, shops, restaurants, etc. You unlock this after a doing a few villager's homes and unlock more as you go.

  • While you don't actually buy or use anything from there, when you go in, villagers will be inside and everyone has a role. For example, the school, one random villager will be the teacher, holding a book at the front of the classroom speaking, while other villagers are in the desks listening, or sometimes even sleeping. You can change the villagers clothing/accessories and who has what role

  • As for the game, For most of it you will find a villager outside your office, the ones thinking can be your customer. Bring them back, They tell you what theme they want, then you plan where they live (and room size/number if unlocked). Then you go and design the outside of their house and their yard. Then go inside and decorate their house, matching their theme

  • When finished, you go back to the office, it is now night, after saving it turns into morning and you repeat the post above. Each villager adds new items in your catalog. You can also go back and fix past customer's houses or just visit them. You can even move them to new location and build everything from scratch. So main thing is design villagers homes and design a handful of businesses.
